Sustainability is rooted in all departments of the Studierendenwerk Darmstadt in the shape of a three-year plan through a tool called Sustainable Balanced Scorecard, which contains objectives, appropriate implementation measures and associated key figures. By means of a materiality analysis, we have identified the topics and stakeholders that are most important for us and set goals along this framework in order to achieve sustainable corporate management.
By involving the students, for example concerning the topic of sustainable catering, we ensure that we can refine our offers in a sustainable manner according to the wishes and priorities of our guests.
