Who is ITT Assistance?

We are tutors from ITT (Intercultural Tutors Team), who study and live in Darmstadt. We speak various languages and are familiar with student life.

What can we do for you?

We support students when dealing with authorities and help to translate / interpret, usually German into English.

How can we support you?

If you already have an appointment at an authority and you are not sure, whether you can understand everything in German, we can accompany you and interpret for you.

Where can we accompany you?

Examples for authorities are Foreigner’s Office, bank or other public offices – this applies for both the city of Darmstadt and the district Darmstadt-Dieburg.

How can you contact us?

Just write an email to team-itt@stwda.de , which should include the following information:

• your name
• contact information like e-mail and/or (if necessary) mobile phone number
• enrolled university (TU Da or h_da)
• date, time and place of the appointment
• language of the appointment

Note:

If you send us emails with file attachments: Due to IT security requirements, we can only accept email attachments such as .pdf, .tiff, image files such as .png or .jpeg, and .mp4 files.

All other emails with file attachments such as .docx, .xlsx, and .pptx will be placed in the administrator quarantine.
