The challenge for the Studierendenwerk in the housing sector is to build in a way that is both environmentally compatible and energy-efficient and to charge socially acceptable rents. For this reason, we focus not only on social factors such as integration, health, quality of life and safety of the residents, but also on ecological aspects. The aim is to further develop our halls of residence under these aspects in order to promote the identification of the people living here with their home and at the same time reduce the pressure on the environment.
