Promotion of further education
Those who want to continue their professional education usually have to invest a lot: Work, time, commitment and money are necessary in order to successfully qualify as a master craftsman or industrial foreman, as a specialist merchant, as a business economist or similar qualifications in addition to the job. At least the financial situation can be eased with the help of the so-called "Aufstiegs-BAföG's" through the Upgrading Training Promotion Act.
