Healthy food line: We recommend MensaVital for those who do not want to suffer a soup coma after the Mensa.
MensaVital offers dishes that are particularly vitamin-friendly and low in fat - with natural ingredients and without flavour enhancers. More about MensaVital.
Drink a lot: Water is our elixir of life. For our health, correct and sufficient drinking during the day is at least as important as correct nutrition. Students can buy still water at the canteens & Bistros at a much cheaper price than the other types.
Salad bar: If you fancy something fresh, you'll find it at the salad bar. Crunchy leaf salads, colourful vegetables and toppings to mix yourself are waiting for you - without having to cut and prepare them yourself.
Whether organic, vegetarian, vegan or fairtrade, we have something for everyone. As far as economically possible, we increasingly use organic products. For example, our eggs, which we use in baked goods and casseroles, pasta at the pasta counter, some of our fruit, tea, cocoa and coffee are available in organic quality. Guests will find organic smoothies in the bistro.
