Healthy food line: If you want to avoid a food coma after lunch, we recommend MensaVital.
MensaVital offers dishes that are particularly vitamin-preserving and low in fat – prepared with natural ingredients and without flavour enhancers. More about MensaVital.
Salad bar: If you fancy something fresh, the salad bar is the place for you. Crisp leafy salads, colourful vegetables, and various toppings are ready for you to mix – no chopping or prepping required.
Whether organic, vegetarian, vegan or fair trade, we’ve got something for everyone. As far as economically feasible, we use organic products.

The city of Darmstadt has presented a lot of information about musical groups and offers.
The STWDA (Studierendenwerk Darmstadt) offers various methods for stress management, including the free prevention course “MentalStrategies” provided by TK. You can find current health programs here.
If you ever get hit:
On the doctor search tool provided by the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians allows you to search specifically for local doctors. You can filter by specialty, region/neighborhood, or even preferred language.
For Darmstadt and the surrounding area, there is a multilingual brochure listing various specialists and clinics along with the languages they speak: Brochure “Which doctor speaks my language?”.
Every student is covered by two accident insurance policies: one through their university and an additional one provided by us.
All students are legally insured against accidents through their university. If you are enrolled at TU Darmstadt or h_da, you are covered year-round. The insurance applies to all activities directly related to your university attendance.
