comeTOgether is an information and counseling service provided by students for students at the TU and h_da.
We are a port for communication and counseling on all questions concerning studying and living in Darmstadt, with a focus on job and housing search.
Job exchanges and employer contacts
The Social Counselling team and comeTOgether assist with job seeking and finding internships. We offer:
- Advice for individual research
- Assistance with writing resumes and cover letters
- Formal corrections
- Advice for contacting employers by phone and active support if needed
- Information on work permit issues
- Information on labour law issues and claims
- Contacts with companies and university departments
- an overview of temporary employment agencies, which also place students
- Information on job fairs (e.g. konaktiva) and workshops (as offered e.g. by the Federal Employment Agency)
- Use of our facilities and the phone for job search or job applications if needed or desired.

We offer competent information on various topics (study organisation, health insurance, life and leisure in Darmstadt, etc.) or help you find suitable contacts. Just get in touch with us!
We have practical tips and information on shopping in Darmstadt and the surrounding area (where is it cheap, what is open on Sundays or late at night, where can I get international ingredients,...).
