Group visits - vouchers on account
Would you like to come to us with a larger group for lunch, a snack or coffee and homemade cake during your event? Then we look forward to your visit!
In all canteens, bistros, coffee bars and the Schöffers campus restaurant, we offer the option of eating on account. How does it work? It's quite simple. Ask us for a voucher template and you will receive a detailed explanation of the procedure. You adapt the template to your wishes, and once we have approved it, you can print the agreed number of vouchers and make them available to your guests. We will take care of everything else.
Great for you: you can concentrate on your event, we take care of the catering for your guests. With our voucher procedure, we offer you a smooth billing process for your food and drinks without you having to obtain guest cards, leave a deposit or charge the cards.
As the overall bureaucratic effort is not insignificant, we ask you to consider whether you can pay for your guests on site with your Athene, Campus or Studierendenwerk guest card and then settle the bill internally. You will receive a receipt for your visit at our cash desks.
