Group visits - vouchers on account
Would you like to come to us with your guests or a larger group for lunch, a snack or coffee and homemade cake during your event?
We offer the option of consumption on account in all canteens, bistros, coffee bars and in the Schöffers campus restaurant of the university catering department.
The procedure is simple: on request, you will receive a voucher template and a detailed explanation of the procedure from our events department. You adapt the template to your requirements and receive approval from us for printing. You then provide your guests with the required number of vouchers. We take care of everything else.
Your advantage: With our voucher procedure, we offer you a smooth billing process for your food and drinks, without you having to obtain guest cards, pay a deposit and top up the cards, simply on account.

Lunch business in our restaurants is always associated with a quick change of seats, which is why we are unfortunately unable to take reservations.
