Our canteens and bistros have a summer and winter menu, which takes into account seasonal fruits and vegetables available in the surrounding region and in Germany.

During asparagus season, fresh asparagus is always supplied from the surrounding producing areas in Hesse. The same applies for loose leaf lettuce.
