Quality Management
Our understanding of quality is also reflected in our visual identity.
This is more than just a logo—it is a statement!
The most important tasks (also referred to as core processes in QM) that we perform in accordance with our legal mandate (educational assistance – BaföG, student housing, catering services, social and psychological counseling), as well as other relevant services and requirements for our activities, have been integrated into a circle that forms the initial letter “Q” for “quality.”
The circle also stands for the cycle of continuous improvement to which we are committed with the development and introduction of quality and environmental management systems in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and EMAS.
We visualize the special relevance of interculturality by using the term “quality” in other languages, including Chinese, English, Esperanto, French, Italian, Japanese, Latin, Dutch, Spanish, and Turkish, thus acting as a link between all areas, tasks, functions, and people.
