General consultation services at the Service Point will no longer be available starting June 1, 2026.
Instead, we offer in-person, walk-in consultations (no appointment necessary) with the relevant case officer at the offices on the Lichtwiese campus.
You can find the corresponding consultation hours under "Contact Persons."
Additionally, starting Wednesday, June 10, 2026, we will offer general BAföG consultations at the Schöfferstraße campus for the first time (from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.).
