Otherwise Mr. Binder will call back the next caller.<\/li>\n<li>Depending on the scope of the individual legal counselling sessions, which follow one after the other, the call back may take place earlier or later in the afternoon. Calls on other days cannot be considered. The callbacks will then be made under a different law firm telephone number, which is also hereby drawn to the attention!<\/p>\n<h3>Type and scope of legal counselling<\/h3>\n<p>While focusing on tenancy law, this counseling service covers all legal issues that might arise in student daily life. It is offered free of charge and strictly neutral vis-a-vis the Studierendenwerk's department of accommodation and the department of student finances.<\/p>\n<p>Only verbal counseling is provided, but if written correspondence is required we can refer you to a lawyer's office.<\/p>\n<p>If you present a legal aid voucher (Rechtsberatungsschein) - which can be obtained from the local court of your primary place of residence \u2013 the lawyer's office's services are also free of charge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please don't forget your documents and be prepared for waiting times.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Further counselling services:<\/h3>\n<h5><strong>Legal advice from the AStA of the TU Darmstadt<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Students of the TU Darmstadt can get free initial advice from lawyers through their AStA. Appointments can be made via the AStA office. The consultation takes place on Thursdays. You can find the exact procedure on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asta.tu-darmstadt.de\/en\/node\/1464\"><strong>Website of the AStA of the TU Darmstadt<\/strong> <\/a>(at the bottom).<\/p>\n<h5>Legal advice from the AStA of Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences<\/h5>\n<p>Students at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences receive a free initial consultation with a lawyer.
