What experiences and challenges regarding diversity do you want to share with us? How you deal with the topic is \u2013 of course \u2013 up to you. It can be positive or you can have a critical approach to the subject.<\/p>\n<h3>Conditions for participation<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Who can participate?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Every student, who is enrolled in a university in Darmstadt, can participate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How many pictures can be handed in?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Participants can only hand in one picture.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What criteria \u2013 regarding the picture \u2013 have to be followed? <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>File format: JPEG<\/li>\n<li>Resolution: minimum 5 megapixel<\/li>\n<li>Pixel density: 300 dpi<\/li>\n<li>Colour space: sRGB<\/li>\n<li>File size: maximum 15 MB<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to name the file?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Firstname_Surname.jpg<\/p>\n<p><strong>Where do I send the picture and what kind of information has to be included?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>fotowettbewerb@stwda.de<\/p>\n<p>Name and e-mail-address must be included. Further-more, pictures without a full description cannot be accepted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What has to be part of your application?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Photo (black and white or coloured), format and criteria see above<\/li>\n<li>Scan of the signed <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/studierendenwerkdarmstadt.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/Urheberrechtserklaerung.pdf\">copyright statement<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Scan or file of the proof of enrollment at a university in Darmstadt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Closing date<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tuesday, the 22nd of May 2018<\/p>\n<p><strong>How are the photos assessed?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If a sufficient amount of photos is handed in, a panel will rate the pictures.<\/p>\n<p>Prizes will be awarded to the photos with the best scores that are regarded as worthy of getting an award.
