We are switching: Pizza dough from wheat flour to spelt flour

Why?

Spelt is one of the ancient grains. Its grain is surrounded by a firm husk.

Although this husk makes processing more difficult and the yield is lower than with wheat, for example, it also prevents the penetration of harmful environmental influences, which in turn is the reason why spelt often contains fewer harmful substances. Ancient grains are also more robust and less susceptible to disease in cultivation.

By switching to spelt dough, we hope to reach even more pizza lovers and hope you enjoy the change.
