The Studierendenwerk provides detailed information about the applicable regulations and required measures on site in each case - uses customer stoppers, posters, notices and, where possible, electronic displays, places or spreads the information on social media and via the Mensa app "Mensa Darmstadt official".

Consultation hours
There are currently no on-site/"face to face" counseling sessions. Exceptions will be communicated specifically by phone/mail.
