Mindfulness training
Are you feeling stressed, exhausted, anxious, have trouble sleeping or concentrating, overwork, feel tense or overwhelmed?
We all live with uncertainties, difficulties and a perceived lack of control of our lives. While this is normal to a certain extent, the pressure has dramatically increased over the last decades, leaving us disconnected from ourselves and/or others and an often deep feeling of unease.
Mindfulness has been found to be a very helpful tool to find our own balance and enhance our mental and physical well-being, thereby creating greater emotional balance, compassion and a potential buffer against stress.
In this training, we explore different techniques and practice together weekly for a total of 12 sessions to help integrate it into your daily life.
You don’t need any experience. The language will be English. There are a total number of 6 places and there will be one individual session for everyone before the start of the group.
