International Yoga-Course · with the Unisport-Zentrum
This throughout the semester ongoing course will help to increase your personal well-being by doing exercises in the style of Kundalini Yoga. Instructed in English, French and Spanish language, the course will train body and mind, and – besides bringing strength and relaxation to your life – it offers the chance to learn a few more words in different languages.
